A well-heeled group welcomed British-import L.K. Bennett with sophisticated Texas hospitality at the opening of the upscale women’s boutique in The Galleria. Houston was chosen as the first Texas location for the luxury retailer.
Houston Wilderness Luncheon Co-chairs, Elizabeth and Alan Stein hosted the shopping fundraiser, kicking off the Houston Wilderness’s fundraising efforts for its annual luncheon this spring.
Seventy-five guests sipped and shopped the brand, a favorite of Kate Middleton, and it’s easy to see why. Feminine dresses mixed easily with tailored and sexy shoes in the sleek store. Guests also were treated with the sneak peek of the brand’s new statement bag, the ‘Nicole,’ debuting spring 2012.
The Houston boutique is just the fourth in the United States. Those spotted checking out the British goods were John Cronin, President and CEO of Houston Wilderness, Roseann Rogers, Jana Phillips and Lia Vallone.
