When Monique Lhuillier was in Houston last month for Fashion Houston, we asked her to suggest the perfect holiday gift.
"I have this beautiful silver tray from my home collection with Waterford. I take that tray and put three nice bottles of champagne and wrap it in cellophane and then I do a gorgeous bow. It's personalized because you have the tray but you also have your favorite wines," she said.
Some of her friends favor tequila instead, so she substitutes the Mexican spirits. "We customize the tray," she said. "It's just a nice touch."
