If you follow Mommy Stylist, then you know we're big proponents of high heels — when appropriate, of course. For adult-only gatherings and dressy events, they are a must.

Unfortunately, many moms don't take the opportunity to wear heels — and understandably so. You've got a lot of moving around to do, especially when the whole family is involved.

But wedges give you the best of both worlds. They're not only more comfortable than heels, but they also have more stability. And don't let the platforms scare you. They only look sky-high.

The heel height is really only as high as the top of the platform, so they're surprisingly wearable.
