Valentino, Chanel, Armani, YSL, Manolo Blahnik, and Dolce and Gabbana are popping up at deep discount during the Salvation Army Chic Boutique After Sale at West Ave. The three-day shopping event, which starts today, features more than 65 racks of designer labels on sale.
A stylish birdie tells us that shoppers can find Manolo Blahnik alligator heels, tags still attached thankyouverymuch, as well as authentic Chanel handbags, complete with original tags. Some of the purses, evening gown, sportswear and cocktail gowns have been "gently worn," but many of the donated items are brand new.
The merchandise comes from some of the swankiest closets in the city, collected by Salvation Army Auxiliary members who sponsor the annual charitable fundraiser.
The Salvation Army Chic Boutique After Sale pop-up shop opens at 10 a.m. daily through Saturday.
