More than 25,000 people, including 2,000 Houston-area breast cancer survivors, walked, ran and rallied together in the fight to eradicate breast cancer in the 2012 Komen Houston Race for the Cure Saturday in downtown Houston.

The weather was perfect for race day - sunny with a few clouds but not too hot or humid. The scene was a sea of pink, including T-shirts, shorts, track suits, wigs and tutus.
