Have you stepped outside lately? With temperatures barely breaching 90 degrees and Starbucks signaling the end of summer by putting its seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte on the menu, it's time to start gearing up for fall. 

Since "fall" invariably translates to "festivals," CultureMap listings editor and man about town Joel Luks knows how and where to best enjoy the season.
