One of our favorite treatments is the underwater massage in a hydrotherapy tub. The water makes you weightless and so your muscles are totally pliable as the therapist who is in there with you (and the seaweed) relaxes every part of your body. Afterwards, head over to nearby Whole Foods Market and continue to refresh yourself with a fruit smoothie, then go home and perform interpretative dances around your house in the nude with a body that is as fluid as a lava lamp.
