Escalante's-Highland Village

Escalante's is a colorful, loud, bopping place that's always packed and lively. The menu features large portions of standard Tex-Mex faves—fajitas, nachos, burritos, enchiladas—and awesome chips and dips, including fresh salsas, chimichurri, and a kick-butt guacamole made tableside. The service can be a bit slow, but if you notice, you're doing it wrong. This is a place best viewed through margarita-tinted glasses.
