Dominic Walsh Dance Theater

Award-winning dancer and choreographer Dominic Walsh left his position as a principal dancer for the Houston Ballet to found Dominic Walsh Dance Theater in 2002. It's a contemporary ballet company that has built a reputation for producing works with other local arts organizations and artists and by adding a contemporary sensuality, intimacy and strength to classical ballet. Today the company features inventive works by Walsh and iconic choreographers like Mauro Bigonzetti, Jirí Kylián, and Matthew Bourne.
