Cyclone Anaya's - CityCentre
|
Cyclone Anaya's has been serving great Tex-Mex classics for 40 years. But with the arrival of Australian corporate chef Jason Gould, the menus have been kicked up a notch. The ceviche is tastier (thanks to a dose of jumbo lump crab). The fish tacos and other Mexican classics are cleaner and more flavorful. The margaritas are more varied and the brunches are even more epic. The menu is more diverse, with the favorites served alongside lighter fare like lunch soups and salads and dinner specials like the tamarind-braised short ribs. The CityCentre location is the newest of the bunch, but we think the original Cyclone Anaya, the famous wrestler and founder of the local chain, would approve.
