What’s not to love? This place combines shopping, drinking, music and eating. Cova is a specialty wine boutique that offers over 1,200 wines that have been tasted and selected by local wine guru Monsterville Horton IV. You can breeze-in and buy a few bottles, but we’re betting that you’re going to want to stick around and sample the tapas and cheese plates or order an entire meal, such as the tender lamb chops marinated in rosemary and sherry. There are relaxing live jazz performances on Sunday nights which make going back to work on Monday a little less painful. (Or not, depending upon how much fine wine you try at Cova.) Investigate the wine classes if you yearn to know the stories behind your bottles.
