The Lowdown

Cedar Creek, from the owners of Onion Creek and Dry Creek, has the same Austin-inspired vibe and tattooed service, but boasts the one thing Onion doesn't. Well, actually two things: a full bar, and an actual creek.

The food is the much same (burgers, sandwiches, wraps and some decent healthier options), as are the patrons, but the outdoor space is vastly expanded. They've got the coffee you love (the best iced chai in Houston, if you ask us) plus frozen mimosas, hard Texas teas and mean Bloody Marys.

Insider Information

Cedar Creek purchased tons of furniture from Ninfa's. Look closely and you can spot Mama Ninfa's face hanging on the wall.
