From traditional rolls to more modern sushi creations, the menu holds plenty of variety at Azuma. Located in a strip center on Kirby, the restaurant is designed with contemporary influences. A monochromatic color scheme and masculine lines create a Zen-like environment. If sushi isn’t your bag, Azuma offers a wonderful selection of robata, the Northern Japanese tradition of cooking over fire. If you like barbecue, this is the Japanese equivalent.
