Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, what's a brother and sister to do when they're all grown up? Not surprisingly, siblings Katie Adair Barnhart and Nick Adair, whose parents own and operate local chains Skeeter's and Los Tios, wanted to have a place of their own. Serving familiar favorites like farm-fresh breakfasts that stick to your ribs and typical lunch dishes with non-typical ingredients (quinoa FTW!), as well as a slightly more composed dinner menu. The atmosphere is casual with a giant pig made of sheet metal hung on the main wall, not as a nod to what's on the plate, but as a tribute to the pair's mom, who created most of the recipes used in the restaurant.
Be sure to order coffee. There's a full setup to make all those "fancy" cappuccino and barista-style drinks for breakfast or otherwise.
