Greenway Coffee Co. is about as unpretentious as it gets: No fancy lighting or Mid-Century modern furniture in this coffee shop. It’s located in the middle of the Greenway Plaza 5 food court, and the only seating options are a handful of stools at the bar and several tables in the food court common area. And even in this small, unassuming space, owners David Buehrer and Ecky Prabanto have earned rave reviews and caught the attention of Clumsy Butcher, the Anvil and Hay Merchant ownership group that recently opened Blacksmith coffee shop with Prabanto and Buehrer running the show.
