Dean's Credit Clothing and Montrose: like a bad romantic comedy, it was obvious from the get-go that these two were meant for each other. The same funky vibe as the original downtown Dean's minus some of the retro stylings. In lieu of racks of vintage clothes, this Dean's plays host to local designer fashion shows, art openings (there's always something interesting on the walls), DJ sets and live music. Of course you could always just ignore whatever else is going on by perching on a couch in the corner and getting lost in your own conversation.
One thing that hasn't changed: Dean's famous frozen cosmos.
