This independent coffee house and restaurant in Lower Montrose not only offers-up a friendly, bohemian atmosphere and top-drawer java but also a delicious menu that was recently completely revised by Canopy's former chef, William Carlisle. He has revamped the gourmet sandwiches and added more upscale dining options like steak and marinated goat cheese.
Another recent addition is the tap wall of local craft beer if you're not in the mood for one of their wine or cocktail selections. Every Sunday night there's a jazz quartet, and there is always an ever-revolving local art exhibit. Bring your family. Bring your friends. Bring your lover. Bring your laptop or a good book and go by yourself. It’s that kind of scene. Also of note is Brasil's patio which is cozy, relaxed and perfect for people watching on a lazy afternoon or evening.
