Washington on the Brazos presents Juneteenth Heritage Celebration

Washington on the Brazos State Historic Site observe the important occasion by celebrating the rich African American heritage and culture of the Brazos Valley, past and present.

The Juneteenth Heritage Celebration will include artifact exhibits; art displays; prominent guest speakers such as historians, former athletes and genealogists; living history buffalo soldiers and cowboys; church choir performances; food; and more.  Discount tour tickets for Independence Hall, Barrington Living History Farm and the Star of the Republic Museum are available that day.
