Add to Other Calendars (iCal file format)For the 2012-13 season, the Texas Medical Center Orchestra has planned three major concerts at Wortham Center. This concert will include Rimsky-Korsakov's exciting Capriccio Espagnol, a lovely contemporary concerto for oboe and orchestra titled Down the River of Time and Mahler's Symphony No. 1 in D minor "Titan." This concert will honor Dr. Richard Wainerdi, retiring president of the Texas Medical Center, and recognize the work of the Rise School for children who have special needs.
