Celebrate Valentine's Day with gourmet food and wine on the trails of the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center. Join for the fourth annual "Tapas on the Trails," one of the Arboretum's most popular events. The evening features a romantic walk on softly lit trails, with stops throughout the forest to dine on courses paired with wines. The evening ends at the Meadow Deck, overlooking the one-acre pond and demonstration meadow, where guests will enjoy sparkling wine, handcrafted desserts, coffee and the company of a live owl.
Arrive for the event between 5 and 7 p.m. (last admittance to trail will be at 7 p.m.). Event closes at 9 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Dress comfortably for the walk through the woods.
