Sweet Sarriette Dinner
Sweet Sarriette is a pop-up collaboration dinner consisting of four Houston pastry chefs — Andrew Musico (former Oxheart and Tiny's), Christina Au (former Pass and Provisions and Cloud 10 Creamery), Johnny Wesley (Mr. Peeples) and Samantha Mendoza (Triniti). Each course will include traditional pastry techniques with savory twists. Guests can expect to see savory ice cream, tarts, macarons, breads and rice crispy treats.
Guest will enjoy six wine pairings, with the option of non-alcoholic pairings. The dinner will be divided into two seatings. The first seating will begin at 5 p.m., followed by the second seating at 9 p.m.
