State of Grace 2nd Anniversary Party
State of Grace’s 2nd Anniversary is on the horizon and to celebrate its entry into the terrific twos, executive chef Bobby Matos and team are gearing up for a major culinary celebration.
Kicking off the celebratory festivities is a high-intensity oyster shucking competition starring an array of guest chefs from Houston’s top restaurants. The challenge will conclude with a shuck-off finale.
Featured chefs include Terrence Gallivan (Pass & Provisions), Graham Laborde (Killen’s), Ryan Lachaine (Riel), Erin Feges (formerly Camerata; the forthcoming Feges BBQ), Alvin Schultz (Eat.Drink.EXPERIENCE! Underground Dinners), Richard Kaplan (Weights + Measures), Becky Masson (Fluff Bake Bar), and Joe Cervantez (Brennan’s of Houston).
