The InHouse OutHouse Open House celebrates the renovation of one of Houston's historic row houses in the Third Ward, located at 3303 Bastrop St. This row house, owned by Project Row Houses, has undergone an major renovation thanks to an innovative prefab product, the InHouse OutHouse.

This prefab unit introduces a new way of thinking about Houston's existing housing stock. By packaging a new bathroom and kitchen into a deliverable, customizable bundle, the InHouse-OutHouse makes renovation an affordable and attractive option. The open house is an opportunity to see the first ever constructed InHouse-OutHouse in its new home.
