The Houston Polish Festival is a celebration of the food, the music, the language, the customs, and the culture of the Polish people.

Traditional Polish food such as pierogi (stuffed dumplings), golabki (cabbage rolls), bigos (hunter’s stew), and kielbasa (sausage), as well as a huge assortment of traditional cakes and desserts prepared by parishioners will be available. Guests will get to enjoy live Polish music all day on the main stage presented by Adam Golka, Brave Combo, Brian Marshall, Chris Rybak, Ed Winiarski, and others. Traditional Polish songs will be performed by the church’s youth choirs throughout the day and dance performances will be presented by the parish’s Polish folk troupe, Wawel.
