The pairing will match chef-inspired entrees not normally found on Sullivan's menu with award-winning Texas wines from Messina Hof Winery & Resort. The menu features a selection of savory dishes, including seared fried green tomatoes with crab remoulade, seared duck breast, filet mignon over oven roasted fingerling potatoes and dulce de leche baked Alaska with passion fruit.
