Guests may choose between two different boarding times, the Amoreaux Cruise boarding at 6:30 p.m. or the Sous La Lune Cruise boarding at 7:30 p.m.; both cruise have an expected cruise time of 2 hours.
The evening begins with an appetizer sampler featuring fried calamari, seafood stuffed shrimp enbrochette and jumbo lump crab cocktail. Next, Sherry lobster bisque followed by your choice of a classic caesar salad or beefsteak tomato mozzarella Salad. For a main course, guests may choose between the snapper amore or crab cake stuffed lobster tail. And, to complete this special evening, chocolate covered strawberries and a champagne toast.
