Kata Robata and The Azuma Group present Go Wagyu!
Go Wagyu! will bring together 10 of Houston’s top local chefs to battle it out in a wagyu beef throwdown. The chefs will prepare their most inventive, delicious dishes with authentic Wagyu beef imported from Japan. Guests will enjoy tastes of the Wagyu dishes as well as sushi bites from the kitchens of Kata Robata and Soma, and complimentary beer from 8th Wonder Brewery, wine from Duchman Winery, and sake from Mexcor.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Texas Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society in honor of friend and colleague Antonio Gianola, who has been diagnosed with the disease.
