The evening is a community celebration with Stephen Klineberg featuring the public premiere of Interesting Times, a new film about the transformations of Houston in the past 30 years, and a program that will include testimonials from Houstonians as well as music and dance performances.

Ernie Manouse will emcee the program of testimonials from Houstonians on Houston beginning with Mayor Annise Parker. Other featured speakers include Chloe Dao, Irma Diaz-Gonzalez, Reverend Bill Lawson and the Tcholakian Family.

Guests will enjoy performances by St. Pius X HS Campus Singers, Dance of Asian America, Houston Pride Band, Diunna Greenleaf & Blue Mercy, and Pistoleros de Texas, and bites from Phoenicia World Market and Porch Swing Desserts.
