This Mardi Gras kickoff party features live entertainment, street performers, Art Cars and more. General admission inside the House of Blues is $15 and includes access to live act in the Music Hall, Peacock Room and Crossroads restaurant. Enjoy live entertainment from '80s-inspired rock band The Molly Ringwalds, British pop/rock group Boys Don't Cry, a set by local DJ Ceeplus Badknives and a comedy act from The Whiskey Brothers.

All attendees will find a number of free, family-friendly activities to enjoy throughout Houston Pavilions beginning at 6 p.m., including live Cajun entertainment by Curtis Poullard & The Creole Zydeco Band, bead tosses in the mezzanine, a Second Line procession led by radio host Rod Ryan and a mix of strolling street performers and entertainers sprinkled throughout the three-block property.
