Houston Bar Association's Lawyers Against Waste Committee Fall Cleanup Event at Dawson-Lunnon Cemetery

Add to Other Calendars (iCal file format)The Lawyers Against Waste (LAW) Committee of the Houston Bar Association (HBA) is sponsoring a fall clean up event at the historic Dawson-Lunnon Cemetery in the East End. Volunteers will clean up trash in and around Brays Bayou, clear an overgrown area of the cemetery, create a trail to uncover hidden graves and plant trees along the border of the cemetery to prevent bayou erosion.
LAW will provide breakfast refreshments to all volunteers, and an optional group lunch at a local East End restaurant will conclude the event. LAW recommends that volunteers for this event be 18 years of age or older.
