Grab your boots and join H2o for a Rodeo Kick-Off party. Cowboys and cowgirls will enjoy traditional rodeo fare and BBQ cook-off throughout the day. Ride the mechanical bull, feast on BBQ hot off The Grill for $5 a plate, sample the island's best Texas cocktails and enjoy prize drawings throughout the party.

Raffle tickets will be sold for the chance to win the following prizes: A stay at San Luis Hotel, a stay at Hilton Galveston Island Resort, a stay at Holiday Inn Resort on the Beach, a stay at Golden Nugget, one-day cabana rental, rental of poolside day bed for one day, dinner for two at The Steakhouse, stocked cooler of Miller Lite and a hunting trip for two to Bandera.

Local favorite and native Texan Junior Gordon will bring country favorites to the stage backed by ocean views from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Guests must be 21 year of age with proper identification.
