The four-course culinary extravaganza for each evening's dinner cruise starts with an appetizer of Duck & Andouille Fondue followed by a decadent Avocado Jumbo Lump Crab Salad. Next, guests will select from one of three entrées, including Cedar Plank Salmon, Citrus Grove Mahi and Stuffed Shrimp Enbrochette. The dinner cruise concludes with a dessert choice of Crème Brulee or Harvest Pumpkin Cheesecake.
