Ceramists – professional and amateur – are invited to join in a Bowl-a-Thon at the University of Houston to make clay bowls to be donated to the Houston Food Bank's annual Empty Bowls Houston event on May 18. Clay and wheels provided by the school, come use your hands to make bowls to help Houston Food Bank feed the hungry.
The event will take place in the Ceramics Studio, Fine Arts Building, Room 124.
