Eighth Annual Breast Health Summit "Educate. Advocate. Navigate."

Freeman, president and CEO of the Harold P. Freeman Patient Navigation Institute in New York, will deliver the keynote address with his talk, "Breast Health Disparities & Navigation: A Means to an End."
Other sessions focus on the latest in breast health imaging, advancements in HER2-positive breast cancer and preparing survivorship plans. The Summit will close with advocacy workshops and a tea with advocates, including breast cancer survivors State Representative Sarah Davis and Houston City Council Member Ellen Cohen.
