Considered an exceptional gastronomical experiences, Peruvian cooking has developed a big following in Houston and local restaurant Latin Bites Cebiche & Pisco Bar is leading the way. Chef Roberto Castre will create a six-course menu for the "Cooking with Pisco Portón" dinner. Courses will be presented with creative cocktails using each style of Pisco, featuring comments by Jean-Francois Bonneté, chief operating officer of Pisco Portón.

Fresh Endive Salad served with chicken salad (apples, almonds, cranberries, choclo and queso fresco), over a cilantro basil causita.
Third Course
Peruvian-Chinese style tuna tiradito, infused in aji amarillo and served in wonton strips with sauce and sweet potato.
Fourth Course
Homemade tart served with Aji de Gallina (shredded chicken in a savory aji amarillo cream sauce) and rocoto foam.
Fifth Course
Corn cake filled with lomo saltado and crispy chorizo.
