Since she was here last in August 2012, Emily Swanter has trekked across Asia and has been working on her cookbook. With her easy-going style, she will introduce guests to the flavors of exotic Thailand to make: Nam Prik Ong (Pork in Tomato-Chile Sauce served with Assorted Vegetables); Man Kaeo (Thai Salad with Cucumber & Jicama); Caramelized Black Pepper Chicken; Makeua Yoa Pad Prik Horapa (Stir-Fried Eggplant with Chiles & Thai Basil); Coconut-Saffron Rice; and Dta-gkoh Sakoo (Tapioca Pearls with Water Chestnuts & Coconut Cream).
