This exotic country is a unique fusion of African culture and European traits. Guests will learn to make: Roasted Chickpeas with Ras el Hanout, Kalinti (Moroccan Flan) with Harissa Drizzle & Toasted Cumin, Moroccan Summer Salad with Preserved Lemons, Hot & Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Ginger & Cilantro, Grilled Eggplant smothered in Charmoula, Sweet Potato & Olive Salad with Moroccan Spices and Oranges with Pomegranate Molasses, Honey & Toasted Pistachios.
