CONTEXT presents a wide selection of songs and melodramas by great English, Austrian, Russian and German compsers such as Schubert, Schumann and Glinka, sung by the charismatic bass-baritone Timothy Jones.
The afternoon is crowned with a sublime masterpiece, Francis Poulenc's The Tale of Babar, narrated by soprano Kathy Kaun with Brian Connelly on piano.
