Connections between Houston and Miami: "From Horizontal to Highrise: Bridging the Gap"

Community leaders in Houston and Miami come together for an evening of conversation and collaboration at Manor House. Beginning at 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. ABC's The Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis and Great Day Houston's Deborah Duncan will host the panel discussion covering economic development, culture, art, immigration education and growth between the two vibrant cities. The event is sponsored by Carmina Zamorano and Connie Zubizarreta of Carnan Properties Houston and focuses on the differences and similarities between Houston and Miami.

The panel of experts from Miami includes John Breeding, president and CEO of Uptown Houston District; David Sawyer, Southwest regional director for Senator Ted Cruz; Dr. Richard Wainerdi, President Emeritus, Texas Medical Center; Alicia Cervera, president & CEO Cervera Real Estate Group; Mark Sarnoff, Commissioner City of Miami, District 2; and John Richard president & CEO Adrienne Arsht center for the Performing Arts of Miami.
