Citizens for Animal Protection presents Howl-O-Ween Dog Walk & Costume Contest

The 2015 Howl-O-Ween Dog Walk, Costume Contest and Expo benefiting Citizens for Animal Protection will feature pets and pet owners doing a one-mile walk. A canine costume contest and a pet expo will also happen during the event.
