Brasserie du Parc presents French Wine & Spirits Discovery Dinner
Brasserie du Parc will host the French Wine & Spirits Dinner, featuring four courses of French fare by Chef Philippe Verpiand and five courses of wine and spirits paired by co-owner Monica Bui and beverage manager Kimberly Paul.
The evening opens with a traditional amuse bouche paired with Mauritius Island Rum, a delicious concoction made with New Grove Rums. This is followed by three courses which include a tomato-basil tart, seared red fish and braised short ribs. Each is paired with a different wine. The grand finale is a cognac flight paired with a dessert of dark chocolate mousse with coffee Chantilly.
