This is the fourth year that 18 Hands Gallery sponsors its own juried fiber arts exhibition, but this time the emphasis is on clothing and accessories: Jewelry, hats, purses, ties, scarves, cuffs and shawls. This year's juror is Barbara Kile, a Houston-area fiber artist and educator.
