The American Institute of Architects opens the doors to nine architect-designed homes for this tour, showcasing a variety of residential styles. Sustainability, open floor plans, indoor/outdoor spaces, abundant light and a mixture of modern and traditional materials mark key features of this year’s homes. The tour's broad range of square footage, from 550 square feet to 4,300 square feet, and locations, from Bellaire to River Oaks, demonstrates that size and budget doesn't have to limit excellent design.
Tickets can be purchased at any of the participating houses and are good both days of the tour.
