13 Celsius will ring in the New Year and celebrate its fourth birthday at its annual 13|31 New Year's Eve event. The swank bar promises an evening of simplicity, elegance and champagne. In support of the local art community, 13 will feature its holiday art installation, a glass painting titled “Slight Chance of Snow” by Houston artist Ebony Porter. Activities start at 4 p.m. but the merrymaking promises to rev up as the evening progresses. Ring in the New Year, drink a little bubbly at midnight and celebrate the wine bar's anniversary by partaking in a new tradition: the 13-Hour Toast. Party favors, balloon drop and the obligatory cake included. If you are in the mood, festive New Year's costumes are encouraged.

On this special night, you can enjoy seated reservations in sofa areas with groups of up to 6 for $300, including a magnum of bubbly plus a small menu of pairings for your group. Tables and bar area are $13 per person on top of your bill.
